SILVA BAY RESORT & MARINA

Dear valued supporters, we wanted to update you on the progress of Silva Bay Resort & Marina. Construction began in spring 2022, but a midden discovery caused a summer delay. We applied for an archaeological permit, but it is taking longer than expected. Combined with supply chain issues and rising costs, we are currently out of contract with the construction company. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to put the resort and restaurant development on hold.
