Transient Moorage Policies

All cancellations must be made before 4pm on the date of arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the entire duration of the booking.

Vessel owners will be provided an access key card for marina gates. The key cards are not to be distributed to others aside from the registered vessel owner and those traveling on the vessel. Vessel owner, and vessel guests, will ensure marina gates are closed behind them upon entering/exiting the marina. Gates are not to be propped open at any time. Key cards are to be returned to the marina office or left in the drop boxes at the bottom of the dock ramps.

Check-in time is after 11:00am and check-out time is at 11:00am. Late check-outs may be possible based on availability.

All electrical connections between the vessel and the Silva Bay Resort & Marina electrical outlets must conform to applicable electrical codes.

There is no overnight parking available during Resort construction. Day parking is allowed at this time.

All garbage and recycling must be disposed of in the appropriate receptacles as directed by the marina staff.

Silva Bay Resort & Marina assumes no responsibility for improperly moored vessels. It is the vessel owner’s responsibility to ensure their vessel is secured, tied properly, and to ensure no damage occurs to their own vessel, to others’ vessels, and/or to the marina.

During construction, there are no showers, laundry or water available at the dock. An access code to the washroom trailer (toilets/sinks only) will be provided upon check in.

Pets must be on leash at all times while on the property. Pet owners must clean up after their pets.

Vessel owners and guests are required to respect quiet times between 11:00pm and 9:00am.

Wifi is only applicable to all Silva Bay Resort & Marina’s guest. Please inquire the password at our marina office.
