Summer Yoga Class

Reconnect with nature and yourself through waterfront yoga sessions led by certified instructor Emma Munro. Set against the serene backdrop of Silva Bay, our yoga program offers a peaceful space to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and ground your energy. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, Emma’s inclusive and gentle guidance welcomes all levels.

Join us outdoors by the water for a rejuvenating experience where the rhythm of the ocean meets the flow of your breath.

Below is the schedule for the yoga program. Each session will run from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, except on July 1st (Canada Day), when we will hold a special sunset yoga session from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

FAQ

We offer $20 drop-ins, a 5-class pass with one free class for $100 (6 total), and a 12-session Summer Pass available only for Summer 2025.

All passes are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

Pass holders can drop into any scheduled class without pre-booking.

We offer Gentle Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Sunset Yoga, Restorative Yoga + Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Power Flow.

No reservations are required. Simply show up as you are. Upon arrival, write down your full name and email address on the provided sign-in sheet, even if you’ve purchased a pass online.

You’re encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and props. While some props are available to borrow, bringing your own ensures comfort and alignment during your session.

It’s best to arrive 15–30 minutes before class to check in and get grounded.
